We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for an exciting client project.
Workload: 900 hours total project volume
Work location: 100% remote
Responsibilities:
+ Job advertisement management
+ Sourcing & market analysis
+ Candidate screening & profile handling
+ Process coordination & documentation
+ Candidate sourcing reports
+ Pre-selection evaluation reports for candidate shortlists
+ Qualified candidate profiles/dossiers
+ Talent market maps and database extracts
+ Recruiting pipeline and effectiveness reports
+ Final recruitment project documentation
Must-haves:
+ Organization and planning >5 Jahre
+ Recruiting process 3 - 5 Jahre
+ Active Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter 3 - 5 Jahre
+ Communication with stakeholders 3 - 5 Jahre
+ MS Office 365 3 - 5 Jahre
+ Applicant Tracking Systems 3 - 5 Jahre
+ Language skills: Business-level English
+ Prefer candidates from Portugal
Nice to have:
+ Chemical Industry (advantage, not a hard requirement)
+ German language skills
